I think I should explain a little about WHY I am a coach and what it means for me and so many others who I have met along this path.
When I began my transformation and lifestyle change, I did NOT have intentions of becoming a Beachbody coach. There were other people coaching who I could've continued to get motivation and support from, my coach Steph was amazing at motivating me...But I didn't see MYSELF as a coach. That was because I didn't think I COULD. I had that big "failure" talk with myself many times.
The other thing that you KNOW will happen, is people will have something to say right? Most of it positive, because at the end of the day you know you're trying to help others, while helping yourself...But there are the few unhappy ones who like to talk wink emoticon
However, if you allow the NEGATIVE talk that some have to say keep you from doing anything, then THOUSANDS who are changing for the better, may never have taken that step. So let me share what COACHING is and ISNT for me: (And of course we are all different so to each their own)
What I AM as a coach:
-a true PRODUCT OF THE PRODUCT story and believer in what I do
-passionate about health and fitness
-a mom who loves finding new ways to improve the way our family eats
-a motivator of countless women AND men who many just want to feel CONFIDENT again and some are changing their health all together
-a supporter of anyone ready to make that lifestyle change
-a self taught mom and wife on nutrition and better eating habits through blogging, health books and online classes
-a believer that we can ALL look and feel the way we want when we put in the effort
-a coach who gives FREEDOM to challengers AND coaches
-passionate about health and fitness

-a motivator of countless women AND men who many just want to feel CONFIDENT again and some are changing their health all together
-a supporter of anyone ready to make that lifestyle change

What I am NOT:
-a bodybuilder
-personal trainer (although I am a piyo instructor and LOVE piyo!)
-a fitness and nutrition expert and guess what? I dont NEED to be...Thats never been my role. We have trainers and nutritional guides that come as the full package already smile emoticon I'm the supporter of these new habits! I'm living proof and so many others are too, that these programs work IF you do them correctly. You can't say something doesn't work if you're cheating on yourself and the program.

Here's the thing. Most of us are going to find what we love and educate ourselves based on what works for us, in ALL things in life. You learn best by DOING. heart emoticon I've learned what has worked for me, those in this beautiful collage of strong women, and what hasn't and I share that ALWAYS. I'll always share new things as I grow in my own journey, and THAT is what I do as a coach. That word gets thrown around a lot, so lets just say I'm giving women a reason to feel MOTIVATED, CONFIDENT and STRONG in all areas of their lives by improving their health and taking it into their own hands! No secret sauce here wink emoticon
I've taken this job from a supplemental income that allowed me to help pay a few extra bills, to a multi 6 figure earner in 2 years. I absolutely LOVE helping others find their confidence, all while working on being MY best self. I'm not a professional, I have an undergrad in Marketing and a Masters in arts in teaching. I used to say that I never actually got to use my education, but I'm quickly realizing that I use it DAILY - teaching coaches and challengers better practices and sharing my story via social media.
MAKE the life you want to live. Live it by design and do it NOW. Don't put off something you've been dreaming of....This job is FREEDOM for myself, my family, my challengers and my team. <3
