How the TWO are different:

The ORIGINAL 21 Day Fix is something that is available now, it's sold out MULTIPLE times because of its popularity and SUCCESS with getting people RESULTS. This program is perfect for beginner and intermediate exercisers. 

The 21 Day Fix EXTREME is designed for someone that is needing to lose those last couple of pounds, up the intensity, and get shredded! Think LIFTING for CHICKS! 

The program is designed to not only approach your workouts for max results but also your food. Autumn’s experience as a fitness competitor makes a HUGE difference in knowing how and what to eat. AND she will even include her competition prep guide!!



So WHAT will it come with? Don't think that these programs leave you in the dark...With this program you are going to get all of the above, AND myself as your online health and wellness coach. That means access to my groups, my meal plans and my support.

The 21 Day Fix EXTREME will be exactly that – extreme compared to the the FIRST Fix program, which gives you a run for your money already ;) It will include totaly body workouts that mix aerobics, resistance training, and explosive power moves for max results! 

Will there be a Modifier in the 21 Day Fix EXTREME program?

There will be a modifier just like Kat was in the 21 Day Fix, but we do encourage you to start with the 21 Day Fix and move to the Extreme. Autumn has said the EXTREME workouts will be harder, include more weights, and the meal plan will take out the treats and wine…..but it’s just 3 weeks! :) She even said so herself on our call this past Monday, "Put down the wine for 3 weeks people!!" haha 

There will be a cardio fix, pilates fix, Dirty 30 workout, and more resistance training along with plyo moves! So prep yourself by having a resistance band, and some weights, probably around 5-15 lbs. I was able to preview Dirty 30 Extreme and I used 5 the entire time and STRUGGLED!

How long are the workouts?

All of the workouts will be 30 minutes.
